If you are considering working with me, the first step is a free, no obligation consultation. We can meet over the phone or through a video call, where you will simply tell me what you have in mind. We can go over price points, scope of the project, and any questions or concerns you may have.

If you choose to move forward with me, the next step is for me to create a project outline. Here, I will create a detailed document that outlines the scope of your project as well as fine details such as branding colours and images used, page formatting, menu links, goals, and more.

If we are embarking on a complex project such as a website build, after you have approved everything in the project outline, I will create a mockup using a program such as Adobe Photoshop. This allows you to visualize they key components of your project (like the home page and contact page on a website) before we actually begin working on the design. Here, you can also ask about changes we can make.

After all of the previous steps have been approved by you (you are ALWAYS kept in the loop!) I will begin creating your final product. For website builds, this step includes adding images, text, and formatting all the main web pages on your site.

You always get the final say on any and all projects I work on. For example, for website builds, before your website goes live, you will get the chance to thoroughly go through each page and let me know what you think. I will never publish anything before it has been approved by you.
